COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, our office has made some changes that you will need to be aware of.
We will continue to order contacts, make glasses, and troubleshoot problems for you.
A reduced number of patients are allowed in the office. Upon arrival, remain in your vehicle. Call the office to notify us of your arrival for your appointment. A COVID-19 questionnaire will be conducted over the phone with a staff member. A staff member will come to your vehicle to check your temperature with a non-contact thermometer. If the completed screening is within guidelines, a patient is directed to their individual examination room. Patients must sanitize their hands when entering and exiting the office. Patients must wear a face covering, such as a cloth mask, while inside at all times.

- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm.
- Friday: 8:00 am. - 12:00pm.

The office will be staffed, but the door will remain locked.
We will bring pickup items to the door - (patients can call the office 494-2020 to alert her their arrival, or they can knock on the door)- no one will be allowed in the office.
Our office will be staffed:
- ( 8:00 am - 12:oo pm ) and ( 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm) Monday - Friday
